You will bring your previous office management experience to this office of a busy multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with the flexibility to work full-time or reduced hours to suit your circumstances.

The Project Administrator, will in part act as an Office manager, undertaking the typical office administration, BUT very interestingly, will act as a Project Administrator, on several individual civil or structural engineering projects, where you will be tracking project finances, budgets, invoicing and spend, manging project drawings and project document management and assistant in the preparation of bids.

Consequently, this role, offers professional development within this busy engineering consultancy, both within this organisation or in the wider engineering community.

The ability to manage the increasingly complexities of an engineering project, means that project administrators enjoy a varied career with plenty of career opportunities, into commercial management, document control or project management.

This company is well established across the UK, with multiple offices.  Dedicated to career progress of their staff, with a strong retention level,  Don’t see this as “an office job” rather see it as career move.

The company does work, in a hybrid manner, but as you will be support multiple projects, it is likely to require an constant office presence in principle.  They could prorate the roll to 30 hour weeks, if that suits people’s personal circumstances.
