Position: Key Stage 1 Teacher
Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire

Step Teachers are working a highly regarded school in Harpenden, seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher with a desire to instil that passion in the school’s students. Key Stage 1 Teacher – Role:
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum at year 2/3
- Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
- Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the classroom and throughout the school
- Ability to monitor, assess and report on the progress of your students
- Able to plan and deliver engaging and dynamic lessons
- Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively
Key Stage 1 Teacher – Requirements:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
- Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in a Primary School
- Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
