Location: Surrey Quays, SE16

Salary: £25-£30k (this is dependent on industry experience)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly successful, independent Estate & Lettings agency with offices in and the Southeast & East London Docklands are looking to recruit a Residential Property Manager / Administrator to help manage their substantial portfolio of properties.

The perfect candidate for this role will have a natural diplomacy and will be decisive when faced with difficult problems; you will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload as you will be assisting with managing the residential property portfolio.

Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, articulate individual with the right attitude and work ethic who is keen to develop their property management skills.

Previous experience in Residential Lettings is essential and a candidate with Tenancy Management and Property Management skills would be preferable.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager / Property Administrator (Lettings Agent) role will include:

  • Previous experience in Residential Property Lettings / Property Management / Tenancy Management / Property Administration
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Knowledge of the Lettings process & Notices
  • Ability to build strong business relationships
  • Confident in liaising with other sectors
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in the London market
