KFM are recruiting for a Despatch Operative based a short walk from the centre of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a well-established company, offering stability and the chance to go permanent.

- ·Day shifts on weekly rotation (8:30–16:30 / 9:30–17:30 / 10:00–18:00)
- ·Overtime available at 1.5x pay

The Role:
- ·Picking orders from floor-level pick points only
- ·Operating lifting and handling equipment (Power Pallet Trucks and Hand Pallet Trucks)
- ·Maintaining inventory accuracy using warehouse systems
- ·Ensuring the workplace is kept safe, clean, and organised
- ·Supporting team staffing levels by working required shifts
- ·Following all Health & Safety requirements
The Person:
- ·Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch role
- ·Ability to work well under pressure
- ·Strong communication skills
- ·Basic IT knowledge
- ·Flexible and reliable with shift work
- ·UK Driving Licence beneficial (not essential)
