Job Description
As Restaurant Manager, you will lead, develop and inspire the team to deliver a first-class service to all its guests.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be working in one of the best restaurants in the area, serving around 120 covers with incredible views of Cornwall, and world class surf right outside.

Family friendly menu, delivering the very best in local produce offering a drinks menu to match their food and some mind-blowing cocktails to enjoy before and after the meal.

Contemporary beach style hotel part of a small group with an impressive portfolio of leading hotels within the South West of England.

Previous experience from a similar size and standard property.
Hands on with a positive attitude.
Support in driving the F&B forwards with key focus on developing Lunch and afternoon tea.
Experience of maximising all sales opportunities and leading the team to do the same.
Sound financial knowledge & understanding of GP's and cost control.
Ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams whilst continually training & developing.
Ensure restaurant is presented to the highest standard and always delivering the best possible service.
Good knowledge of quality food & wine, up to date with current trends.
Industry related qualifications.
Ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome, providing an unforgettable experience.
Ensure all complaints are minimised and handled professionally.
