Behavioural Officer

As a Behavioural Support Officer you will operate a centralised student hub to offer mentoring and counselling to students who do not have that support around them. Working under the direction of the  Deputy Headteacher, you will co-ordinate the support and provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising standards of behaviour for learning.

We are looking for someone who has high expectations and a commitment creating strong relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies.We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our students and their communities

The successful candidate must have:
  • 2 education-based references
  • A passion for teaching / supporting.
  • Good approach to behaviour management
  • A determined, hard-working attitude
