As part of this firm's drive to expand their Commercial Law offering, you will join an excellent and highly reputable Employment Department where you will undertake a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, dealing with a wide range of matters in the following areas:

  • ACAS
  • Employment Tribunal proceedings
  • Director/Shareholder disputes
  • TUPE
  • Discrimination and unfair dismissal
  • Breaches of contract
  • Redundancy
  • Restrictive convenants
