Business Development Executive – B2B - Guildford - up to £25,000k DOE basic / Year 1 OTE £40k+ - Uncapped Commission

To support continued growth, this well-established business is now looking for an additional B2B sales professional to join their sales team.

Each campaign is different which means each day will be different. You will be dealing with prospects at senior and board level and as you progress within the business you will be assigned to campaigns that suit your strengths.

All you need is to have some sales experience (ie we will consider B2C or B2B - call centre, events, estate agency, travel sales, recruitment, lead generation, door 2 door canvassing and other sales backgrounds) but most of all you need drive, ambition and a whole lot of resilience. The training you receive will ensure that you are successful from day one. You can even start earning commission during training!

To be considered for the role you will need the following:

  • Passion to work in sales and eagerness to learn
  • Self-motivated and eager to earn money.
  • History of hitting or exceeding targets, both personal and career driven
  • Computer literate.
  • Comfortable speaking to high-end decision makers on the phone.

Job role/responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to clients
  • Manage your CRM system to build and keep a track of your pipeline.
  • Book qualified appointments to work towards a sales target.
  • Attend regular training meetings with clients and build a positive relationship with them.
