Job Description

We are working with a very successful Legal 500 firm with an established presence across the region. As a Legal Secretary you will provide administration support to a team of experienced Solicitors.

Ideally, you will have experience within a similar position, and have strong IT and communication skills. On a day to day basis your duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients through email and telephone
  • Audio dictation
  • Maintaining diary management
  • Preparing, filing and updating legal documents
  • General administrative duties
