About the Role
- Lead the daily operation of the restaurant and unique dining spaces alongside the F&B Operations Manager
- Full-time position working 45 hours per week over a 5-day rota
- Oversee and motivate a team across various outlets, promoting cross-training and retention
- Deliver an exceptional guest journey with a focus on personality-driven service
- Ensure health & safety and allergen procedures are always followed
- Bring your flair, Rosette-level experience, and leadership skills to drive service excellence
