Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), identifying risk and opportunities to maximise RevPAR, RevPAM and TRevPAR

Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for all revenue-related activities.

Conduct thorough analysis and audits to assess and optimise hotel performance.

Report on key performance indicators and ensure that targets are being met.

Provide strategic insights to senior management and work closely with other departments to implement operational improvements.

Play a hands-on role in driving proactive change and inspiring your team to achieve goals.
What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Revenue Manager position within the hotel industry.

Strong knowledge of revenue management systems and data analysis.

Exceptional leadership skills, with a team-focused, proactive, and hands-on attitude.

A deep understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior management and various departments.
