Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), identifying risk and opportunities to maximise RevPAR, RevPAM and TRevPAR

  • Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for all revenue-related activities.

  • Conduct thorough analysis and audits to assess and optimise hotel performance.

  • Report on key performance indicators and ensure that targets are being met.

  • Provide strategic insights to senior management and work closely with other departments to implement operational improvements.

  • Play a hands-on role in driving proactive change and inspiring your team to achieve goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Revenue Manager position within the hotel industry.

  • Strong knowledge of revenue management systems and data analysis.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a team-focused, proactive, and hands-on attitude.

  • A deep understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior management and various departments.
