Are you a commercially driven, data-savvy hospitality professional with a passion for performance and people? We are proud to be recruiting for a Cluster Revenue Manager to take charge of three prominent London hotels, driving revenue performance across Rooms, Reservations, Group Sales, and Events.

This is a pivotal senior role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You'll manage both the on-property Room Sales (Reservations) team and the Groups, Conference & Events (GC&E) team, working across departments to maximise revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Revenue:

  • Lead the on-property Reservations team, overseeing daily room sales and inventory optimisation across three hotels.

  • Monitor booking trends, analyse performance data, and report insights to senior leadership.

  • Participate in revenue management calls, sharing business leads, wins, and key conversion opportunities.

  • Work closely with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and promotions for transient and group bookings.

  • Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives (e.g., dining, event packages).

  • Track sales activity and performance through IDeaS, Opera/OnQ, and internal dashboards.

Groups, Conference & Events:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of group bookings and events-from enquiry and quoting to planning and delivery.

  • Ensure a smooth handover to planning teams once business moves to contract stage.

  • Manage logistics including room setups, AV, catering, timelines, and staffing coordination.

  • Create and maintain group contracts, tracking budgets, ensuring compliance, and securing timely payments.

  • Develop compelling, tailored event proposals and presentations that meet client objectives and maximise venue profitability.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure exceptional execution.

Commercial & Strategic:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new MICE and group business.

  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, event summaries, and client feedback to senior stakeholders.

  • Collaborate on rate strategy, demand forecasting, and distribution decisions.

  • Analyse CoSTAR, Rate Shopping tools, and other commercial data sources to guide strategic decisions.

  • Influence distribution through understanding of GDS, OTAs, and channel management systems.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Highly numerate, analytical, and commercially astute.

  • Proven team management experience, with the ability to coach and influence performance.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

  • Organised, self-motivated, and capable of thriving under pressure.

  • Experience interpreting and acting upon CoSTAR and rate shopping data.

Desirable:

  • Experience with OnQ, Opera, IDeaS, and Delphi S&C systems.

  • Educated to HND/Degree level or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of channel management and distribution ecosystems.

  • Awareness of industry trends, commercial innovation, and performance metrics.

  • Previous experience in a cluster, multi-property, or branded hotel environment.

What's on Offer:

  • Opportunity to lead and shape revenue strategy across three established London hotels.

  • Work in a commercially focused, collaborative team environment.

  • Competitive base salary, performance-related bonus, and excellent benefits package.

  • Opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand and progress within a growing portfolio.
