SALES ADMINISTRATOR Urgently Required!

Initially 6 months temporary possibly leading to a permanent position.

Area: Brandsburton

Pay : £11.78 to £12.99 per hour based on experience (24k to 25K per year)

Working Hours:

37 hours per week (830am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 830am to 430 pm )

1 hour lunch break

The Job Purpose as a SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Providing general Sales Administrative support to the administration team, and reporting to the Divisional and Business Development Director.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a previous admin support role
  • A good telephone manner, a lively personality and used to dealing with clients
  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Desktop Publishing software
  • Knowledge of IFS systems would be an advantage but is not essential as any ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software knowledge is sufficient for the role
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Good attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative, and work as part of a team

The Job Role and Accountabilities:

  • Providing support to the Bid Manager as and when required
  • Compiling sales quotations including photos, drawings, and specifications
  • Collating and distributing monthly Business Development Manager reports from Sales Managers to Directors when required
  • Setting up all new projects on Sharepoint once a DTB (Decision To Bid) has been issued including updating the IFS systems and informing the IT department to set up the mailbox within 24 hours of the DTB (Decision To Bid) review takes place.
  • General Administration duties
  • Uploading all important documents to Sharepoint
  • To be the lead on maintaining and completing the pipeline reports
  • Responsible for creating and distributing to all sales personnel the CEO reports
