Job Description
Resourcery Group are working with a high calibre finance team to bring in additional resource during a period of transformation on a 6 month contract basis. Based in the South Manchester area, our client is looking for someone on a hybrid basis to be in the office 2-3 days per week. This Finance Manager's role is a hands on position working closely with the Financial controller to deliver reporting to the Group.
The Finance Manager's role:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month end reporting
- Accruals and prepayments
- Posting journals
- Dealing with any payroll queries
- Financial accounting
The ideal candidate:
- A fully qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA (potentially QBE)
- Have recent hands on experience of producing the numbers not simply reviewing them
- Be able to work in a fluid environment where there are a varying priorities that need balancing
- Have strong Excel skills
