Are you a highly organised, commercially astute hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and guest experience? We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury estate seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservations Management: Oversee the end-to-end guest booking process across all channels, ensuring seamless coordination and service.
  • Revenue Strategy & Pricing: Monitor occupancy trends and market data to set and adjust competitive rates, maximising revenue while maintaining brand integrity.
  • OTA Partnerships: Manage and optimise listings on all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring accuracy, visibility, and alignment with the estate's premium image.
  • Guest Liaison: Be the main point of contact for pre-arrival communications, ensuring each guest receives a warm, personalised experience from the very first interaction.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyse reservation and revenue reports to inform strategic decision-making.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar reservations/revenue management role within the luxury hospitality or high-end travel sector.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance guest experience with revenue optimisation.
  • In-depth understanding of OTA platforms and channel management systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with confidence using reservation systems, Excel, and CRM platforms.
