The Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the talented culinary team to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensuring consistent quality in all food produced.
- Supporting the development of seasonal menus.
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
- A passion for culinary excellence and creativity.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
