We are seeking an experienced and passionate Internal Recruiter to act as a strategic Recruitment Consultant within our clients organisation, supporting our talent acquisition efforts across multiple high-end properties and corporate functions.

The Role

As an Internal Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for both operational and corporate roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing insight and strategy to our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer stage
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key hospitality roles
  • Elevate our employer brand through creative sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
  • Maintain and optimise our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Champion a luxury-level candidate experience aligned with our brand values

About You

  • Proven experience in a recruitment consultant or internal recruitment role (hospitality or luxury sector preferred)
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and role requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Discreet, professional, and highly organised
  • Experience with recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
