Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus

We're recruiting a Corporate Sales Executive to join the dynamic and high performing commercial team of an iconic 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-driven hospitality sales professional looking to take the next step in their career within a high-profile property renowned for its service excellence and world-class facilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new corporate business opportunities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, TMCs, and corporate partners

  • Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic B2B outreach and account development

  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Revenue, and Marketing to align sales strategies with overall commercial goals


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel corporate sales

  • Solid knowledge of the London corporate market and buying behaviours

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the confidence to close deals

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused

  • CRM proficiency - Opera experience is a strong advantage
