THE COMPANY:
Our client is an experienced property consultants who are seeking a Building Manager to join their team in London.
THE ROLE:

THE COMPANY:
Our client is an experienced property consultants who are seeking a Building Manager to join their team in London.
THE ROLE:
- Responsible for budgets and cost control, the management of service contracts and supervise the maintenance audit regimes
- Oversee inspections with both contractors and consultants
- Organise regular occupier meetings at the property and assist in management in coordinating the approval of proposed works
- Carry out reports on Health and Safety, ensure safety and evacuation procedures are in place and undertake regular checks of contractor site logbooks
- Must have IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst being approachable
- Excellent organisational, communication and administration skills
- Able to use initiative, take responsibility and make direct decisions
