Job Description
Escape Recruitment are looking to speak with Experienced candidates to recruit a Robotic Weld Operator. You will be Programming and operating the welding cobot to complete a variety of welding tasks.
The role is 39 hours over 4 days (Mon-Thurs). Successful candidate may be expected to work a shift rotation.
The salary for this role is From £23,450 to £29,500 per annum depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming and operating the welding cobot to complete a variety of welding tasks
- Setting up the robot for a specific welding job
- Programming the robot to perform the necessary welds
- Monitoring the robot to ensure that it is working properly
- Adhering to safety regulations such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks on robotic welding equipment
- Conduction visual inspections of welded joints to ensure quality standards
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in programming/setting a Cloos or Fanus robotic weld cell
- Ability to adjust and set robots to production specifications
- Excellent attention to details
- Good communication skills
There are no call-out requirements for this role, however overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.
