THE COMPANY:
We are looking for an experienced L & D or HR Assistant to join one of our clients who are a high-end consultancies based within the heart of London. You will be responsible for sourcing facilitators, registering participants, and supporting the team with admin tasks. You will also be working closely together with the L&D manager to support the overall organsiation and delivery of the training programs, organising room bookings and catering requests.

If you are passionate about L & D, have excellent communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment, then this is the perfect role for you!

THE ROLE:
  • Tracking attendance and rescheduling learners
  • Feedback reporting
  • Creating courses and classes
  • Dealing with Stakeholders
  • Supporting the L&D manager and team
 
THE PERSON:
  • Strong HR or L & D experience working within a professional / consultancy background.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
  • You will be hardworking, proactive, and able to think on your feet
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish excellent working relationships at all levels.
