Job Description
Step Teachers are working with a "Good" Ofsted-rated school in Enfield to find an experienced School Caretaker to join their team from March 2024. The specific working hours will be determined during the interview process. However, it's important to note that a successful candidate would need to be available from 7am for the school's opening.
School Caretaker - Role:
- Conducting yourself in a professional and safe manner
- Ability to carry out basic cosmetic repairs as Caretaker
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the school
- To undertake duties as required and manage yourself
- Experience as a key holder and being able to attend call-outs when required
School Caretaker - Requirements:
- Experience working in a school environment in a like-for-like role
- Approachable and self-motivated
- Able to communicate effectively as a Caretaker
