Shifts- 12-hour rotation (days and nights) - Panama Rotation

Qualifications- Polymer Training to level 3 or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Technician, you will be involved in critical aspects of our plastic moulding operations, including:

  • Tool fitting, ensuring machinery is set up correctly for optimal production.
  • Performing colour changes to meet product specifications.
  • Conducting quality checks to maintain high production standards.
  • Proactively problem-solving and thinking on your feet to address any operational issues.
  • Seeking continuous improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Polymer Training to level 3 or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Experience in a plastic moulding environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shift rotations (days and nights) on a Panama schedule.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced setting.
  • Dedication to seeking and implementing improvements in manufacturing processes.
  • Commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
