ROLE: Accounts Assistant - Hotel - Office Hours
LOCATION: Blackpool
SALARY: £30,000 per year plus employee benefits including:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the clustered accounting function for 2 hotels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing income and expenditure.

This is an office based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

To be considered for the role, we are looking for someone who :

  • has experience of ideally working in a hotel or similar environment in Accounts or Front office, handling cash & credit card payments,
  • has knowledge of purchase ledger and account receivables,
  • is able to assist in ensuring audit compliance, reconciliation of daily revenue reports, assist with month end processes and procedures & general Finance Administration duties.

  • High level of computer literacy; specifically strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Purchase Ledger experience preferred but not essential.
