Required Skills:

  • Delivering high volumes of high-quality food.
  • Menu development with excellent control of Gross profit and pricing.
  • Be aware of industry trends and regularly change the menus with seasonality of produce in mind.
  • Manage and be responsible for rotating the team and controlling budgeted staff costs.
  • Always maintain EHO standards.
  • Individual style shown throughout each menu.
  • Experience of working in a fresh food kitchen environment
  • Experienced in banqueting and large-scale events
  • The ability to work under pressure and a passion for constructing innovative and exciting menus
  • Recruit, train and develop a passionate kitchen team
  • Building relationships with supplier, kitchen management, stock, GP's
  • Ensure that the kitchen operations comply with all the company's and statutory requirements including Health and Safety at Work Act and Food Hygiene Regulations.


As Head Chef you will be oversee a talented team of Chefs, where you will lead and manage your team from the front-line. You will need to be hands on and want to continue to develop your skills within the kitchen whilst helping to coach and develop the team around you, serving all your customers with excellence every time.

As Head Chef you will have to display individual style and flair across all menus including, breakfast, lunch, dinner & afternoon tea, creating modern, well balanced, vibrant dishes using the best local & seasonal produce available.
