JWR is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join an experienced and quality vs quantity orientated operation in Chelsea area. Salary would be £50K+ and you will be supporting an experienced Kitchen team in running this very successful restaurant. Love for food and hospitality and the thrive to deliver exceptional experiences to each guests are a must, as well as sourcing for amazing ingredients, keeping up with food trends and still celebrating tradition and heritage.
