Mobile Customer Relations Manager
  • Nantwich & Surrounds - Must be able to travel between Deeside, Crewe & Newcastle Under-Lyme
  • Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
  • Full-time OR Part-Time Available 
  • Monday - Friday - Hours between 09:00am - 17:00pm - Flexibility available 
  • Family-Run automotive dealership

My client is an esteemed family-operated establishment, a premier destination for motorhome and caravan enthusiasts across the vibrant North West. They are seeking a dedicated Mobile Customer Relations Manager to become a pivotal part of our dynamic team, where your passion for excellence will thrive. The role will involve travelling across Deeside, Staffordshire & Cheshire so a full license & access to a car is essential. 

The Key Duties for this Customer Relations Manager include :
  • Conduct thorough customer complaint assessments, collaborating with teams and management.
  • Escalate complaints to group level and maintain communication with customers for swift resolution.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers/subcontractors to expedite resolution once all facts are gathered.
  • Weekly complaint review meetings with Directors.
  • Communicate outcomes via letters and calls, involving on-site managers as needed.
  • Strong understanding of Consumer Rights and Sales of Goods Act for effective response.
  • Craft corporate letters with a customer-centric approach.

  • Full UK driving license & access to a car
  • A good understanding of the Consumer rights act & sales of good act
  • Effective presentation to management
  • Handling complex cases with multiple parties
  • Proficiency in customer service and difficult conversations
  • Negotiation and management skills
  • High levels of customer empathy and practicality
