Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Circa £50,000
Location: Oxfordshire

Working within the Production department you will be reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member of the team responsible for maintaining both production and facilities equipment. Managing and implementing the planned and preventative maintenance programme, whilst ensuring all machinery and equipment meets Health & Safety regulations.

Experience:

  • Ensure all plant all Health & Safety standards meet the standards LOLER, PUWER HASAWA
  • Manage and supervise the use of contractors for maintenance purposes.
  • Resolve breakdowns / reactive maintenance issues
  • Implement and maintain the PPM using the CMMS system FIIX
  • Assist in building Capex justifications for new equipment
  • Assist in the introduction of new products and manufacturing techniques CIP/5S

Experience:

  • 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Electrician or Maintenance Fitter
  • Exposure to PLC fault Diagnosis
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing simple and complex machinery
  • Use of Robotics/Cobotics within a manufacturing environment
  • Supported software and process changes to automated equipment with OEM assistance
  • Understanding of data communications and IT and networks
  • Knowledge of PUWER/LOLER.COSHH and other relevant Health & Safety regulations
  • IPAF MEWP license (Type 3A & 3B)
