An exceptional opportunity awaits a skilled pension professional to join this in- house team as a Senior Pensions Associate for this pioneering scheme in the industry. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Trustees, Advisers, and the Plan Secretary, playing a pivotal part in the launch and proficient management of the pension plan.

Your responsibilities will encompass various crucial tasks, including assisting in crafting the governance framework and overseeing the scheme's inception. You'll be involved in diverse projects, ranging from digital communications, investment strategy, supporting with report and accounts and relationship management. Additionally, you'll be tasked with drafting Trustee Board and Committee papers, conducting minute-taking, drafting and maintaining governance documentation, and compliance.

Operating within a dynamic, fast paced environment, this role demands a motivated self-starter. To be considered, you should possess prior experience in both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes, preferably including Master Trust experience. In-house pensions experience is advantageous.
