THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established Law firm, who are seeking an EA to join their Employment and Partnership team on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:

THE ROLE:
- Take full ownership of diary management ensuring fee-earners schedules run smoothly
- Attend meetings and take minutes accordingly
- Coordinate the billing process on behalf of the partners
- Liaise with marketing and business development team, organising events and conferences
- You must have experience supporting fee-earners as an EA within Legal
- Experience working in an employment department is essential
- Experience with intensive diary, inbox and travel management
- Confident with excellent communication skills
