You're a tradesman and a Site Manager who still gets that moment of pride at the handover of a house. And if you've ever built a house for your friends, family members or your boss you'll have your chest puffed out that LITTLE bit more as you know you've put in that extra effort to make it absolutely perfect (plus you'd never hear the end of it if it wasn't!).
You'll also know that if you've ever built a house for your boss then more than likely it's going to come with all the trimmings and with that comes extra resource, extra-man power and extra responsibility to make sure it's as good as you (and they) can get it - it makes your job much easier to have everything that you could want.
And that's exactly what will come for this flagship project in Bury for a family contractor specialising in affordable housing - because this site is ready for you to join in April 2024 and you'll not only be building 35 of the total of 130 apartments but you'll also be building their brand new offices which will support their growing team and business for many years to come. You'll be supported by a Project Manager who started the site in October 2023 and a month or so after you start another Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager will join thus giving you as much planning and resource for you to get it perfect first time.
It's a steel frame project, it's going to come with commercial units as well as the office and now it's up and running they'll want you to join the business ASAP. They really want you to have that steel frame background and have worked on similar mixed residential project before. If you've got that, we can set up an interview over the next few weeks with the result being a contract to start straight away in the New Year and a salary up to £50,000 plus £4,000 car allowance. You'll get support from their experienced in-house team and a snag-free development management system along with the best trades and any courses and training you require.
And when you see this company going from strength to strength in their brand spanking new offices you’ll be able to sit back, smug and say ‘I built that, lad, it used ta’be just fields……’
