ROLE: Restaurant Manager
LOCATION: Perth, Scotland
SALARY: £30,000 per year plus live in accommodation available.
Our client is a family owned and family run luxury 4-star Country Hotel in the beautiful Argyllshire countryside and a new opportunity has become available for a Restaurant Manager. With stunning views in a place where our guests come to explore but also kick back and soak up our service, food, drink and spectacular views.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who enjoys driving standards and service to inspire and lead our passionate team to confidently interact with our guests in a friendly, respectful and caring manor guiding them on food and drink choices to help them create memorable experiences.
This is an ideal position for an existing Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager looking to gain further experience of a unique marketplace on their career path.
Personal qualities required are:
* Ideally from a 4-star luxury/ resort hotel background.
* You must have a proven track record of people development and leading a team from the front.
* This will suit a Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager ready to make a move in their career to large country hotel operation but wants to work in a home & family orientated environment.
* Be self-driven, able to work within a team and be willing to be always 'hands-on'.
