Job Title: Yard Operative (FLT LICENCE REQUIRED)

Salary: £12.50 p/h
Shifts - Days 8am-4pm
**FLT LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL**
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning..
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Physical capability to lift and transport heavy objects, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure efficient task completion.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to adhere to a set schedule.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
