We have just collaborated with this highly regarded company as they look to expand their team. In this brand-new Pensions Operations Management appointment, you will provide services for a large DB/DC pensions scheme.

This newly created role will see you taking full responsibility for the performance of direct reports and you will investigate and implement improvements.

What will your day-to-day look like?
* Monitoring performance using KPIs and reviewing Member experience.
* Overseeing daily activities and checking in with direct reports.
* Dealing with any escalations and putting measures in place to avoid repeat issues.
* Preparing performance updates to present to the Senior Manager.
* Creating an environment where colleagues can be supported and coached and reach their full potential.
* Goal and objective setting and ensuring that these are adhered to.

This role requires…
* Experience within a similar role within operations.
* Evidence of successfully driving improvements.
* Strong leadership & relationship management skills.
* PMI qualified or working towards qualification.
