Rooms Division Manager - West London / Home Counties / M25 - to £35k + Bonus.

Our client is a national hotel chain operating several stunning hotels across the UK, currently looking for a Front Office Manager for their renowned 80bed 4* deluxe hotel in North West London / Hertfordshire.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager who can lead your team of 10 to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure.

* You will be managing the daily operation and coordination of front office operations, setting up FO procedures to ensure a smooth shift every time, able to manage front office requests for various room types without disappointing the guest and processing all bookings via central reservations paying attention to detail.
* You will need to have experience of managing and analysing guest satisfaction levels.
* Setting of departmental objectives, policies and targets and rotas
* Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
* Communicating with senior Management regarding employee and customer service issues

The Essential Skills:

* Previous experience as Front Office Manager managing a Reception & Nights team at Reception or Front Office Manager level.
* Must be from a 4* hotel reception environment and able to work early and late shifts, working 5 days out of 7 - 40hrs/week.
* Be self-driven, able to work well within a team and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times.
* Knowledge of reception systems, ideally Opera will be an advantage.
