Head of Engineering 
  • Salary range: Negotiable 
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours/week

Our client, a specialist, and well-established Manufacturer of Electrical & Mechanical products in the Norfolk area, is currently seeking a skilled Head of Engineering to join their management team, reporting to the board of Directors.

The successful Head of Engineering will be responsible for all technical departments within the group and will be working closely with management team.

Responsibilities of Head of Engineering Role:
  • Lead engineering team  
  • Report to group 
  • Work closely with management team 
  • Support Sales department 
  • Work across other factories within group  
  • Deal with complex technical problems  
  • Promote continuous improvement of design and product development  
Education Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent 
Skills Requirements of Head of Engineering:
  • Mechanical and or Electrical background  
  • Motor mechanical and electrical design
