Job Description
Working in a multi-disciplined team within an award-winning pensions' consultancy, you will advise a portfolio of clients in respect of their consultancy arrangements, primarily focusing on the DB proposition. You will participate as an active member of the senior team and this will see you chair strategy and client development meetings, pitches for new business, conduct market reviews and present to clients. You will also be responsible for the delivery of high risk/value client projects such as de-risking and major change projects. It will be your consultancy experience and continued interest in pensions which can make all the difference in contributing to the development and delivery of the team. Our client are keen to engage with an individual who has extensive experience in the DB pension scheme and employee benefits sector and who can manage key client accounts and develop relationships at board director level. The benefits package is highly competitive and the successful candidate can select any regional office within the UK as their office base or you can work from home with occasional travel to meetings.
