The team has a strong work-flow and you will be working in collaboration with colleagues on complex and serious cases which includes:
- Birth injuries to mother and/or baby
- Delayed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of cancer, sepsis, stroke, heart attack amongst others
- Surgical errors
- Hospital claims
- Orthopaedic negligence
- Clinical negligence compensation claims
We are seeking someone with 3+ years PQE who can run their own caseload and is able to deliver a very high level of service.
