Job Description

Venatu Technical Support expanding and are now looking for a Service Administrator to support them at their Liverpool office to carry out the following duties:

  • Booking in engineers for call outs
  • Organising job sheets
  • Invoicing
  • Collating images from jobs and downloads off engineers
  • Stock inventory
  • Adhoc administrative duties as required

Essential skills:

  • IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Packages
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable skills:

Previous experience working within the Automotive Sector particularly the Truck, Bus or Coach industry would be preferred
