Based in London you will be reporting into the Director of Finance and playing a crucial role administering this DB pension scheme. As well as managing the admin team of 3, you will also support the trustee board and have involvement with governing the scheme.

Day to day will include:

Pensions Administration management…
* Managing 3 technical staff - supervision, L&D, work allocation, performance management.
* Scheme reporting (SLA reporting & annual scheme return).
* Providing accurate and timely communication to Scheme Members.
* Coordinating annual reports and accounts.
* Management of scheme audit.

Trustee support…
* Ensuring effective governance.
* Acting as Scheme Secretary.
* Preparing documentation, agendas etc. for meetings.
* Providing support to the Chair in meetings.
* Minute taking.
* Matters arising.

About you:

* Strong DB pension experience.
* Progress towards pensions qualifications is highly advantageous.
* A proven leader with the gravitas to communicate at board level.
* Strong technical pensions knowledge and experience.
