Our client is a very successful high street practice who have an established client portfolio and are seeking two fee earners to join the team, where you will have the opportunity to significantly develop your career.
We are seeking a confident commercial property fee earner who is a natural client manager. There is flexibility to consider someone early on in their career or highly experienced. You will take over and manage a financially rewarding varied caseload and the work will be non-contentious commercial property matters, to include:
- Sales and Purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Planning agreements
- Joint Ventures
- Investment sales and acquisitions
- Multi-occupancy developments
This is a professional firm, where you will work in collaboration with your colleagues, and have a variety of clients. The role comes with full secretarial support, good benefits and on-site parking.
