Maintenance Manager - 4* Country House Hotel - Buckinghamshire - 40k - Extensive Benefits.

My client is a leading historic 150bed 4* listed country house hotel, part of a small chain currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to head up the Facilities & Engineering department of 3, reporting to the General Manager - the position would suit a strong Maintenance, Facilities Manager or Chief Engineer with 3-5yrs experience and good Health & Safety and trade experience.

The successful applicant will be hands on and managing general maintenance, H&S, legionella checks and control, repair works and have a strong background with hotels across electrical, AC and plumbing and some project work.
