Internal Sales Executive


£27,000 + OTE £30,000

This company offer Hybrid working 4 days a week with one day attending the office.

The purpose of this vacancy is to increase the customers that use the service offered.  The role is conducting outbound telesales and receiving inbound calls.

Responsibilities include:

  • Increase customer base by selling the service as set out in the sales strategy utilising a combination of inbound and outbound telesales.
  • Take responsibility for individual sales to ensure initial interest is converted within the expected timeframes.
  • Ensure you remain up to date with the full range of products and services available to customers.
  • Ensure all potential customers receive a positive sales experience.
  • Keep the CRM up to date and maintain an accurate sales activity record. Comply with required reporting within specified timeframes.
  • Undertake any other duties which reasonably fall within the remit of the role.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of competitor activity.
  • Achieve individual sales target.

Required/Desired experience.

  • Proven experience of selling products and services to individuals / SMEs through telephone sales
  • Experience of cold calling as well as following up on warm leads
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Has the tenacity to complete the sales process but in a way which builds a positive image.
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Ability to exceed sales targets through excellent questioning and listening skills, strong diary management, focus, drive, determination, and hard work.
  • Skilled at recognising work priorities and organising own time.
  • Able to work effectively within a team.
  • Willing to keep up to date with products and services.


  • Salary is £27,000 per annum + incentive commission structure – OTE is £30,000 per annum.
  • 25 days holiday (+ statutory holidays)
  • Company pension
  • The company are offering a Hybrid Working, with a minimum of 1 day a week in Leeds office.
  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.  However, one day a week there is flexible working hours of 11am to 7pm (that day would be when home working).
