Salary: OTE: £70k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is a highly successful, independent Sales and Lettings Agency and they are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager to join their professional team based at their Forest Hill, SE23 office.

You will need to have a great track record and a high level of experience in residential Lettings and of generating and winning business from both Landlords and applicants. Some experience in leading or mentoring a team would also be beneficial. 

You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build great rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.  

You need to be able to work independently as well as advancing as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

Skills: The skills required for thisLettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager role will include:

  • Excellent previous experience in Residential Lettings
  • Significant Listing / Valuations experience
  • Experience of leading and mentoring a team beneficial
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge and living close to SE23
  • Full Driving License
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency & Lettings
  • A keen desire to want to develop a career in Property
