Our client has a large Private Client Department and we are seeking someone who is interested in Trusts and wants to develop their career in this specialist area. The established team, at this Legal 500 firm have a superb reputation and much of the work comes from recommendations and existing clients wishing to ensure their assets are protected and distributed accurately.

The role is client facing, and comes with development and support from the senior fee earners and attending industry events. You will also have the opportunity to take further qualifications such as STEP. We are seeking someone who has a good understanding of different types of trusts and HMRC considerations.

The duties will include setting up and administering different trusts and drafting Trust Deeds, whilst ensuring you provide advice and guidance to both trustees and beneficiaries.
