Field Sales / Business Development Manager

  • The company is headquartered in The Wirral, Cheshire, but the candidate if free to be based anywhere in the UK! 
  • Basic salary - £25,000 - £35,000
  • Bonus / OTE - £55,000 - £65,000 ( Uncapped ) 
  • Company Car Allowance & Mileage paid for 
  • Company phone & laptop
  • Monday - Friday 09:00am - 18:00pm
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays 
My client is a rapidly expanding credit broker specialising in innovative car finance solutions for dealerships in and around the Wirral. They offer tailored financing options to individuals who have been turned away by other brokers and lenders. Due to their successful growth, they are seeking an eager and tenacious Field Sales / Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team and drive their continued expansion. 

Your key responsibilities as a Field Sales / Business Development Manager will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing and nurturing our existing client relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you will drive efforts to boost revenue and forge new partnerships, while expanding my clients presence and influence in the automotive industry. This position promises a dynamic and engaging career path.

The Main Core Duties for this role Field Sales / Business Development Manager include: 
  • Represent the business professionally at all times.
  • Expand the company's client base.
  • Ensure partners comply with sector regulations.
  • Monitor and enhance client efficiency and performance.
  • Manage your time effectively to achieve team goals.
  • Ensure the onboarding of suitable partners and complete necessary due diligence.
