Vehicle Service Reception Manager required in Gloucester.
  • Starting salary of up to £32,000 per annum plus bonus scheme up to £6,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 3 weekly rota.

Our client, a multi-franchise-approved car dealership in Gloucester is currently looking to recruit a Service Reception Manager to join their business.

Reporting to the Service Manager, working alongside a Workshop Controller, and working as part of our client’s management team, as the Service Reception Manager you will be primarily responsible for monitoring and motivating a team of Service Advisors who will provide work to our workshop and will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour. You shall also assist the service reception with the booking in and out of customers as well as managing the Service Department in the Service Manager’s absence.

The successful Service Reception Manager will ideally live within the Gloucester region or be readily available to commute there and must have a proven track record in a Service Department at a management/supervisory level or be a highly experienced Service Advisor looking to take the next step in their career. You will be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and my client's reputation.
