JWR is currently working with one of the most historic hotels in the UK, looking for a Sous Chef to join their multi award winning kitchen team.

As Sous Chef you must have proven experience in 3AA Rosette/Michelin standard kitchens, with the desire to progress in your career at the highest level, while being able to maintain standards and train junior chefs in the team.

You will be working closely with the Executive Head Chef, creating stunning modern dishes in keeping with the identity of the restaurant, utilising the best local & seasonal produce available.
