Are you a Pensions Associate looking to progress into a Secretary to the Trustee role?

We have a developing role to provide support to the lead secretaries on large and more complex clients, acting as a second point of contract to the Trustees and key stakeholders.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting governance for a range of client schemes and fostering strong relationships with Trustees. Your responsibilities will include coordinating Trustee meetings, preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and assisting the lead Scheme Secretary. As the role evolves, you will also be assigned your own portfolio of smaller clients.
