User Researcher - * Must be able to speak Welsh * Location: Remote IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Contract Duration: 6 Months initial contract , with view for extensions Requirements: - Proven experience in conducting user research within government projects, adhering to GDS standards. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. - Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. - Experience in presenting research findings to stakeholders and influencing decision-making. - Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
